Seasonal tasting menu, twelve seats

An evening composed one course at a time

Savor is a chef's counter built around a single nightly tasting menu, plated an arm's length from the fire. Sit close, watch the pass, and let the kitchen lead the way through the season.

How an evening unfolds

Dinner as a single, deliberate arc

The tasting menu

Nine to eleven courses that change with what the farms and coast send us each morning. One menu, no substitutions, every plate built to follow the last.

Seats at the fire

Twelve places at a counter that wraps the open kitchen. You watch each course finished over embers and handed to you across the pass.

A considered cellar

An optional pairing of grower wines, low-intervention bottles and a zero-proof flight, poured course by course by our sommelier.

Private chef's table

A separate room for parties of six to fourteen, with a bespoke menu written with you and the kitchen working only for your table that night.

What guests carry home

We sat at the fire for three hours and never looked at the clock once. Every course felt like it had been waiting for us. The single best meal of our year.
Eleanor Vance Anniversary, two seats at the counter
A genuine chef's table in the truest sense. You taste each idea as it is finished and handed to you. The pairing alone is worth the drive.
The City Plate Four star dining review, May 2026
We booked the private room for my father's retirement. They wrote the menu around dishes from his hometown and sent everyone home with the recipe cards.
